Summer 2014
Ryerson Ancaster was honoured in the summer of 2014 to receive the Diamond Trillium Lifetime Award. The Ancaster Horticultural Society and the City of Hamilton announced this prestigious award based on Ryerson’s fifteen years of beautification in the Town of Ancaster. Sheila Oddy, Co-Chair of the Trillium Committee notified Ryerson that a framed Life Time Award Certificate to commemorate the achievement will be presented at the Hamilton in Bloom Ceremony at Gage Park on October 30th during the annual Mum Show. A special thank you goes to members of our Garden Committee for their hard work in keeping Ryerson’s landscape colourful and beautiful throughout the years.
